Faculty In-Service prepares faculty for a strong Semester. This one day event includes breakout sessions covering a variety of topics pertinent to teaching and learning at WSU Tech.
Foundations of Instructional Practice
The Foundations Courses focus on training instructors how to navigate and use technology. New hires receive training on using the WSU Tech network, intranet, and Blackboard. Other courses focus on best practices for teaching online courses.

Teaching Academy orients new instructors to WSU Tech and provides training for the responsibilities and duties of an instructor. This workshop introduces key personnel and functions to new instructors so they can successfully navigate the WSU Tech organization.
