A rubric is a grading tool based on specific criteria for an objective, assignment or skill mastery. The criteria outlines the expectations or items assigned to that activity in the form of a matrix. Blackboard has a rubric tool which will directly link to the assignment, allowing you to grade within the module/assignment.

As you set up your hybrid course(s), you may have the need to set up  assignment drop box​es for submitting of documents for grading.  After submission of an assignment, you have access to a tool called Bb Annotate to mark up and comment on the document and return to the student.
